‘NEW’ Portfolio ‘Request to View’
Both Portfolios will be available to view only on CD. Participating Clubs will have no viewing Fee to pay. It is still necessary to book a copy of the CD, but we only require you to complete and post, or email, the 'Request to View Form' to David Wallace indicating your wish to View this year’s Portfolio by 30th Sept 2010. Every Club who indicates their wish to ‘View’ will receive a copy of the CD. We do not require a date from you. Due to the extra work required in making up the CD’s, CD’s will not be posted out prior to 1st November 2010, so please ensure you bear this in mind when completing your syllabus.

‘NEW’ RULE – Applies to Both Print & Projected Image Portfolios
To ensure that the same images do not appear in both the Print & Projected Image Portfolios. Works by the same author which have been entered into any previous portfolio will not be accepted, this includes images which are so similar to previously entered images as to be virtually identical. (i.e. you can only enter an image once in one medium – either as a colour print, or a mono print, or as a slide, or digital file, in this year's or any subsequent year's portfolios. All Other Rules Remain the same.
